Project Management Services
With its Project Management Service, the Ruhr University offers a professional support structure to scientists who have successfully acquired a collaborative research project.
Thanks to the extensive experience in the supervision of international research projects and the close contacts to the EU Commission, to external advice centers as well as within the university administration, the team can efficiently handle many of the administrative tasks.
The performance profile mainly includes financial management, reporting and project controlling. The service is subject to a fee. It is possible to invoice the costs for the management service via the project budget.
