Mercator Research Center Ruhr (MERCUR)

The Mercator Research Center Ruhr promotes the strategic cooperation in the University Alliance Ruhr.

The aim of the Mercator Research Center Ruhr is to promote strategic cooperation between Ruhr University Bochum, TU Dortmund University, and the University of Duisburg-Essen and thus strengthen the Ruhr as a science region over the long term. The scientists at these three universities in University Alliance Ruhr can apply for funding.
