Research culture
Ruhr University Bochum is aware that making research data available and accessible is essential for transparency, scientific progress, and the distribution of research findings.
In April 2017, the Rectorate launched a Research Data Management (RDM) project. It aims at establishing centralised, coordinated, and sustainable RDM at the university.
Research Data Services (RDS) is happy to answer any questions pertaining to research data, for example on submitting project applications (EU, DFG, BMBF etc.), the compilation of a data management plan, the management and collaborative use of research data, storage, archiving, legal matters, and publications.
